I started doing a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every other or third day when I first started out. By the third time, my body had flushed out a lot of the recent stuff, so wasn't as, can we say, violent? :) Try and work it with your schedule but don't give up. Some people are able to do it everyday, and some posts I've read people only doing them 2-3 times a week. Cheers to you!
