ok- so i don't know if this is for me. I was so convinced it would help, and I felt better in the areas I was trying to get better, but I didn't feel satisfied at all. Then I did a lax tea and had the most painful diarehha ever, which left me about to pass out. (yeah, and I was out at an opera). I don't know about you all but I just don't have the time to do a swf every morning with everything else I have to do, especially if it takes 2 hours. I'm in college and my schedule is extremely tight, but I am desperately seeking to find a homeostasis of being in my body. Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions?
