Re: Ascaris or Strongyles

I want to update. I had a VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT. I think that the Moxidectin is working to starve them, because I had a ton hiding out in my legs (I presume to avoid all the herbs I had been throwing at them) migrate out of my legs into my core body. I assume they are starving and looking for food. This are probably a little richer at my core. But I think they aren't getting what they want, because they didn't settle too much.

A few other things. My double dose following a single dose plus Ivermectin is NOT a good idea. Why? It is the larvae I think that is more of an issue. The larvae swims around in your blood and when you kill that many . . . Well, my breathing is affected. My breathing is not easy or comfortable.

Now I've had this issue with breathing for years and finally I know what it is. Recently it has been better, I think because I'd pared down the population somewhat with all my other attempts. But now that I have something truly effective the die off is really bad.

If I were using Moxidectin just to treat Ascaris I don't think it would be an issue. But because with the Strongyles the larvae is in the blood, it is more concerning. So I am continuing to take the Papaya Enzyme to try to help my body break stuff down. I'm taking Benedryl and Advil. I plan on eating VERY lightly, and drinking tons of fluids for a while.

For dogs if they have heart worm, they are usually sick for a month, with restrictions on exercise when they first take the meds. I am probably going to be in for a long haul.

If I had it to do over again, I would probably just take the Ivermectin for 1 month, then take a single dose of Moxidectin and wait a month. Then take the double dose.

But when I first took the Moxidectin, I didn't realize about the heart worm stuff or how long it takes for these worms to die.

I'm just reporting my experience.

This is some scary stuff and due to that I can in no way recommend it. Of course I'm not a doctor so I can't recommend it anyway. But, I'm just saying. I personally had three doctors (including a specialist) turn their back on helping me, sure that I was imagining things. So I had no medical help. And thus I made mistakes going into this.
