I feel a need to update this. I have never been able to eradicate worms with this completely. It doesn't reach far enough down in the intestines. But it will clear a hunk of them as they build up and start climbing toward your stomach. So they will help a great deal. It is also great to help with blockages. But it will not completely eradicate them.
