While I currently suffer only about 5 of my original 40 Morgellons symptoms, this seems a little harebrained.

But then I remember back to 2011 when I was plagued with full-blown Morgs. For 2 months my hair stood straight on end as it would in an electrical storm. I shocked everything that I touched. It's difficult to find these symptoms associated with any traditional illness online. Many Morgies note symptom aggravation while doing computer work. So yes your suggestion does seem quite plausible to me.

How could this quantum dot/semiconductor theory be tied into lyme/coinfections bacteria and parasites? A theory that explained a relationship between the semiconductors and solvent/pesticide exposure and recreational stimulant abuse would be even better.
