GM Bacteria produce nanoparticles in the body

I have a theory that bacteria or worms that make semiconductors have infested people's bodies and are producing these materials.

Over the past decade scientists have been able to create bacteria and worms that create semiconductors. Since these can infest humans it is only reasonable that they are going to! It is not a harebrained idea people! The only reason we think it is Science fiction is because this knowledge of what these scientists are doing is not common knowledge.
