It could be good if you give details about what specific diet you followed ?? For instance, did you eat some fermented food such as fermented cabbage ?? Kefir ?? Yogurt ?? What kind of carbohydrates if there were some in your diet ?? The amount of them and how many times a week. The worse part for many people is to follow a restrictive diet. Probably, many people fail because the don't restrict enough the diet. I personally stuck with green vegetables, chicken, fish, and eggs at the end of 2013 and was when better results I got. With the diet, I was taking a lot of antifungals and doing enemas. I had to cut even the almonds to get more die-off reaction. Olive oil was my source of energy at that time. It wasn't easy to follow but necessary in my case. Jorge
