Actually, no, that's not what we're here for on the Master-Cleanse forum. This is the *MC* forum - it is to discuss the MC, our experiences with it, ask for support, etc. It is not to post about a totally different fast that includes some of the ingredients of the Master-Cleanse drink, which is what you are doing - there *is* a forum for that discussion, and it is known as the "general fasting forum."
