Parasites in Sinuses - advice?

Hi guys,
I am 97% sure the pain I have been experiencing behind my cheeks is parasites that have spread from my gut. I have occasional pain in other parts of my body, but the pain has been consistent in this area. It was unaffected when I took Ivermectin and now seems to also be unchanged with the Artemisinin, which leads me to believe they have made it out of reach of my muscle tissue.

Does anybody have advice for cleansing my sinuses? I don't care if it gets gross, I just need them gone.
