Hi Bjorn,

I seem to have had similar symptoms as you. I take about 50-75mls of water (purified) and put about 5-6 drops of Lugols 5% in that. mix it up and apply it to my scalp. Ive been doing this for 2 months or so, and I have no itching, no dandruff whatsoever, and the shedding has dropped to a minimum.
