nasty iodine detox

oh yea. nasty, nasty, nasty. after i started Iodine supplementaton in earnest and had a few months of large doses under my belt i began the most excruciating detox. it was my second year of being outdoors in missouri in the summer sometimes sunning, sometimes playing and sometimes working pretty hard in the heat. all the time, every time, instantly and relentlessly, the sweat off my forehead would run into my eyes and it burned like fire, like hot acid, like i could not see at all with it in my eyes and as soon as i wiped it out more would run in and i couldnt see again. i couldnt be more SCARY. this stuff was inside of me? oh my god!!!! it was like the blood from the aliens that eats through all the decks in the spaceship.

what the hell was that?

lolololol i dont know. but i got it all out in two summers of having to carry a towel around everywhere i went. imagine if it was still in my skin? imagine if i had stopped the moment it got a little hard to handle, a little painful and creepy as hell.

but i trusted myself and i did what i knew was good for me and i continued to get rid of that crap instead of harbor it in my body lurking to create even more disease and debilitation.

dont be a fool. count the costs of iodine. where would i be now without it? i dont want to know. no one truly in their right mind would want to. Tweet
