The real reason treatments fail.

Treatments fail for Lyme sufferers often due to hidden factors.

The main one being porphyria. Any overgrowth (Lyme bacteria, Candida, Protozoan parasites, etc.--or the overuse of drugs, herbs etc., according to Dr Rochlitz will in some 20% of us result in chronic porphyria. See wellatlast dot com

The person then becomes more chronically ill and more "allergic" to foods, supplements, drugs, env. chemicals, stress, sun, etc.

Supplements are often problematic because they induce Cytochrome P450 enzymes [heme proteins] which wlll then trigger porphyria in many people [whether or not they have been "officially diagnosed]. Porphyria, especially what's called the chronic smoldering form, is the most underdiagnosed illness in the world. And the author does not promise instant, permanent cures or such. But vast improvment is likley if we do the things recommended. Rochlitz's books though are not for those who still believe there is some simple magic single pill cure.

Instead of being labeled a "rare disease", the chronic form may occur in a high percentage of those who think they are forever battling chronic lyme, or chronic Candida etc., etc.

Again either the endotoxins of the microorganism (Lyme bacteria, Candida, parasites, etc) or the long-term drugs, herbs, even vitamins may have induced chronic porphyria.

I have read now all of Rochlitz's books. They are far ahead of the field--as far as getting to the actual causative factors and what to do about them.

Full title of the main book is PORPHYRIA: The Ultimate Cause of Common, Chronic, & Environmental Illnesses, With Breakthroughs in Diet, Supplements, and Energy Balancing, 2nd Ed.

There is also a fine new addition; Crucial Updates to Porphyria. There was a discount on getting the two, but seems to be gone now. I don't know why, but I'd bet he would still give that $10. off if you asked him. Can't hurt to ask. His books have far more than just the title. Both Porphyria books cover microorganism overgrowths, pyroluria, mast cell disese, the PFO, Vagus Nerve Imbalance and much more.

I'd also check out what readers said at the tesimonials page at wellatlast dot com to help you decide if...

The 2 books, or at least the first one, can save people many years of searching. Wish I knew about them much earlier.
Cheers People.
