I've been doing coffee enemas for many years and I disagree with the time frame you give. It takes the caffeinic acid 12-15 minutes to reach the liver via the portal vein, thereby causing the liver to release toxins. Everything I've read says that one should not hold the coffee in for more than 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, you run the risk of absorbing the coffee into the system.
