The way you describe what came out of you sounds just like mucoid plaque. Search for some pictures, maybe the gallbladder flush or Colon Cleanse boards will have links. I've seen them somewhere here.

The nausea may have been from toxins flooding you when the plaque released and was on the move toward the exit.

Get yourself some toilet tools. Some people have plastic colanders, buckets, tongs, and other tools to fish things out of the toilet for examining.
