Anyone else feel pretty bad on calcium?
I have been dairy free for the past year or so , and have noticed improvements in my health. I also did not take any calcium or eat any calcium rich foods during this period. But lately I have been pondering for a few reasons if calcium would help me.
Back in September last year I had a TEI hair analysis, that showed I am a slow oxidizer and I was encouraged to use magnesium oil, well that worked out pretty well, until a month ago I started having trouble taking it, I was having difficulty breathing and a few things seemed to be changing, I think I also started to become more sensitive to salt.
So I read a post , I think on this forum that someone was warning against magnesium oil, also Dr. Lawrence Wilson warns against it too. I think I really overdid it, I took it for a year with a few breaks here and there.
I now have been trying different types of magnesium to see if i can get myself back on track, also doing some calcium but it makes me feel really repressed/depressed.
Wish I could afford to get on a full program with ARL. But in the meantime I have to treat myself best I can
