Colonoscopy results

I don't know where else to post this... so, since the colonoscopy that I had yesterday was scheduled by my GI (the one who treated me for the parasites) to follow up and make sure there was no damage or parasites left.. here is probably the best place.
Its been 7 weeks since all evidence of parasites have been gone and a month since the last round of meds. I feel the best I've felt in more than a decade and my digestive system is working top notch... stools are the best ever and completely clean. I was surprised how clean my colonoscopy prep potty breaks were... no floaters or random junk (besides the apple I ate half way through prep because I forgot I wasn't supposed to eat) no candida or mucous.. Perhaps my infection was divine intervention? Who knows..
But anyway, when I woke up they said the doctor had to leave but they saw nothing.. no polyps, no parasites, no hemorrhoids.. no nothing... and they gave me a print out with pics (lol thanks?)
It says "normal rectum" and "normal cecum" but to me, the rectum pic looks seriously inflammed :( is it from the prep? The procedure itself seemed gentle, considering what it was.. I couldn't even tell my butt was violated with a huge probe... the colonics I had the last few weeks made me walk funny :/
But the redness worries me a bit. I have no idea how far in it was when they took the photo.. so I guess i won't know until i go back in 2 weeks.
Also, anyone have any idea what the grey spot is on the cecum picture?
I tried googling it, but couldnt find anything. It sorta reminds me of a bulged out vein.

Is there anything I could be doing for that redness and irritation? Like, some kind of soothing enema?
