I would say they are ascaris. They can go through out your body like that and they bite and leave red dots. I had that happen too.Take the albendazole 400 mg twice a day for 15 days along with the ivermectin once a day. Then take a break for a week and repeat this. You can also take moxidectin to kill the ones that scattered but it may make you sleep for a whole day. Base it on your weight take it one dose. Repeat in a week or two if needed. You may also have pin worms. Rub Colloidal Silver into your eye lids, If pin worms are in the tiny folds you will see white stuff come out. You can use eucalyptus in a netti pot for your nose. Rinse it alot. For ears let peroxide bubble in them each for a awhile then clean with a swab and apply ivermectin in ear canals. Vicks and a clove of garlic in the rectum helps with the pinworms and itching. That battle is mostly persistent hygiene and persistence with the meds and enemas. Worry about the big worms first.
