Finally out...what is it?

This journey began 2 months ago with pinworms and has since opened my eyes to a another world of unbelievable things. This forum has taught and educated me quickly "with the things that go bump in the night"...lol I am slowly moving to the winning side of my battle and they are finally starting to come out! I am using Valbazen and Ivermectin and enema flushes with garlic, Epsom salt, vinegar. The problem is I am not 100 % what I am battling... but they are everywhere! I feel them all over my body moving. Sometimes they bite and then I see a small red dot there. I have (what I believed to be) various veins (even though I'm a bit young to have them) BUT now I think they are worms or sacks or nests or something? I feel them in my upper back and feet and legs the most. I had one come out 9-19 that was probably 18-20 inches long, skinny, blackish- brown color.PIC: http://curezone.com/upload/Members/Faces/New/9_19_14.jpg Then this morning these came out wrapped in a ball that I unrolled with a Q-tip

I also feel them in my nasal cavity, noise, eyes, ears and yes, even in my vigina but I think these are the pinworms still :( Any useful insight or other things to try is greatly appreciated.
