I do it the easy way. I count the droppers full. 2 Droppers full is about 800mg of SSKI . It matters not whether it is actually 750mg or 850mg.

Good enough for government work, and it works for me. It is not actually a dropper full. It is a squeeze full of the rubber bulb, which ends up being about 1/2 of the glass filled.
