Wrong guy to ask, I don't take 1g of SSKI I take an amount and see how I feel, then I double that amount until I get an adverse effect. In the case of SSKI that was at 2g and the effect was nausea. But since then I take my SSKI in juice with lots of salt, in Espresso before making the shot, in yogurt made with SSKI, in sourdough bread made with SSKI.. I have no idea how much SSKI I get now but I do know when its not enough and I need to have a few drops in juice..
