I made coconut milk kefir (with homemade coconut milk) and then switched to Coconut water. Coconut water has a profile very similar to regular milk. I had loose stools all the time I was using it. When my hair started falling out and my globulin count went from 25 (OK) to 18 (definitely not OK), I stopped. Do you rejunenate your grains with milk regularly? My grains are definitely happier with coconut water than coconut milk.
