Hidden Username
I started making coconut milk kefir (1-2cups coconut milk + 1tbsp kefir grains) to combat my systemic candida and gain some probiotics into my system.
I'm still quite new to the process, and I'm really concerned whether or not I'm making it correctly. Is there a way to tell for sure? (I just let it sit for 24hrs.) I botched up making milk kefir before, which set me back for weeks.
Anyway, when I drink the (coconut kefir) results, I feel better, and healthier; my eyesight slightly improves too. But I also feel a little sleepy and a little lightheaded; my face also gets a bit puffy. Could this be die-off? How long until I see improvement? Anyone else try this method out?
