Re: Thyroid Issues: Advice?

Station: thank you. Will look into all of this. Where can I find the Myhill post?

For the record, my cortisol/DHEA reading was as follows:

DHEA is 2 ng/ml (ref 3-10). Cortisol "load" is 27nM (22-46).
8 AM: 20 (Normal, lab range 13-24nM)
1 PM: 3 (Depressed, 5-10nM)
5 PM: 3 (Normal, 3-8nM)
10 PM: <1 (Depressed, 1-4nM)

My FSH is 1.5 (ref 1.5 to 12.4), LH 1.4 (1.7 to 8.6).

Current issues are fatigue, memory loss, low testosterone, and sleep issues going back many years following a bout of mono. I hypothesize anxiety, stress, sleep issues, SSRI use, and possibly excess hydrocortisone use as a youth affected my HPTA in some way and also caused adrenal fatigue. I have been suggested to use testosterone replacement. Still weighing my options. Do any doctors consult online?
