Re: Thyroid Issues: Advice?

your tsh us good
but the t4 is not suffient, even the ft3 that needs to be above 3 for more energy

Your ssri must be dropped, no joke and you need to substitue it with st.worth herb OR 5HTP 100-500mg with its cofactors (B3,inostoil,choline,glycine,B6)

Your low Thyroid needs to be supplemented by the following

1- More fiber into diet (moderation)
2-More Good fats
(coconut oil, fishoil both must be virgin, for coco a 2-4 tbls a day is enough...for fish 2-6 grams are good )

3-Add some selenium(Yeast free), zinc , good B complex,optimize Iron and finally Vitamin D 2000IU

4- for cortisol you need extra vitamin C, Magnesium.

Maybe going with pregnelone cream or pills to support cortisol and DHEA-s production

Your cortisol reading may indicate an adrenal fatigue..a mild case

check Dr Myhill post in interpreting with cortisol/DHEA SALIVA
