Anybody beat roundworms?

Roundworms is a infection that keeps returning with a vengeance.
I take drugs that crush my liver for weeks then later on in the next months I start losing weight again and I get constipation that never goes away so I tried out some left over meds. And as soon as I take the meds I feel worms running and scattering all over again. These worms clog the intestines where no stool can flow through and that ain't good when ur as toxic as me.
