Woooow!
It's insane how all that got overlooked and passed off as depression. Years ago when he went to the doctor and they couldnt find anything wrong, they referred him to psych! All he was complaining about was chronic diahrrea too. I am almost 100% sure its candida from the Antibiotics he pops like candy for ear infections and his diet is disgusting. Watching a 250 pound man eat and ice cream bar in one bite... knowing whats wrong him him and him knowing whats wrong is maddening. All night long I'm hearing the microwave beep... then in and out of the bathroom... and he just hasn't had enough yet to fully grasp it. When it hits him, its gonna hit hard and be too late to recover from.
The good new with you is, there's still time to figure it out because you're making connections as you try things out. So far the advice I've followed here was excellent... except for the wackos who claimed DE "chopped up" worms in your intestines... and it ended up causing an obstruction of play doh poo that entrapped a pile of fully intact and very much alive whipworms. When I told the PA at my doctors that i had taken DE because i read on a forum that people took it and it cut up their worms, her response was "what, are they retarded? don't like to people like that on the internet... they claim they get pregnant sitting on toilet seats" and yes, she said "retarded".
Point taken...
But anyway, once you get over your hurdles, the quest is always to take it to the next level.. "if i can feel THIS good... what if i can feel even better" sort of thing.
The tricky thing is finding what's going to work when all you have to go off of are symptoms :(
