Re: 5 years of searching for gut help

well you have the same condition i have. I have alot of physical/mental issues due to dysbiosis and candida. All i know is it is a real big mess and can get worse if the diet isnt in check. High histamine(histadelia) is caused by gut bacteria releasing toxins into the blood stream. When that happens our methylation process becomes lagging because theres too much histamine plus or histamine degradation enzymes are also blocked. Only way to fix that is to fix the ration of good to bad bacteria in the gut. Candida also inferes with methylation causing "undermethylation" due to flood of histamines. hypothyroid is going to by a for sure occurance due to lack of Iodine in the body because of the immune system fighting bacteria and fungal infections. The thyroid is a big part of the immune systems fighting ability. good to eat high volumes of drid seaweed to keep Iodine "up". my advice would be to get a "organic acid test" which WILL show which organisms are causing dysbiosis so you can plan your attack. often the bacteria/fungi grow right back after your eat. they use our carbs/protein for growth.
