Flush #23 Still many stones!

I started flushing just under three years ago. I did it once a month for a year, after which time all my symptoms (back and neck pain, sore feet) were gone, then every few months since. I'm obviously still making stones as I just saw over 100 this morning! Most were quite small, only about 3 chickpea sized ones, some small peas and quite a lot of rice sized ones. I've seen so many stones over the past three years that I know they must be coming out of my liver as there's no way they could all fit in one gallbladder.

I wish this was a "one and done" situation but I'm apparently going to have to flush 2x a year or so for the rest of my life. My symptoms haven't returned though--I think they were from the extreme pressure of having so much junk in my organs.

Thank goodness I discovered flushing! I keep trying to share it with friends and they never have good results, which is so frustrating. But I like to come back and post to encourage people who are just starting. It took a year of flushing before my symptoms were really gone.

My flush (which I think is the Moritz one) is:
7 days of malic acid tabs
1 tbsp Epsom Salt in 3/4 cup water at 6pm and 8pm
1/2 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice mixed with 1/2 cup olive oil at 10pm
1 tbsp Epsom Salt in 3/4 cup water at 6am and 8am

Also, I strongly echo Hulda Clark 's rec to do parasite cleansing first. I had a horrible first flush before I did this, and much better ones after.

I found that I must follow the measurements and timing exactly for it to work well. My only concession is that I use light olive oil as I reached a point where I couldn't get the regular one down any more.
