Thanks for your response :) I looked in regular supermarkets and health stores - but the stuff I have found here doesnt even seem to have any grading on it at all - which I don't think is good! If I am going to do this - I want to make sure I am doing it properly! Anyway - I have ordered some stuff from a link which someone recommended earlier - and it should be here in three days - woohoo!
