i looked around on the internet, and found:

the problem is that it seems americans use grade a,b,c, but all the sites i went to used premium, medium, and so on.
but this site has it marked grade b, and it's in the UK. i couldn't find anywhere that wasn't online ordering so you could get it immediately, but it shouldn't take too long...
