Buy probiotics with no sugars and no glutens. Take them 30-40 minutes before every meal. Drink enough water and forget about fruit juices. I don't much about the diets, i honestly don't follow them.. So i can't tell you what to eat. Someone else can in here hopefully. As for the coconut oil it is good but be careful you don't abuse. I think ^commonknowledge^ knows what he's/she's talking about...
