Re: How Do You Properly Use Eyebright For Eyewash?

I have been experimenting with Dr. Christopher's eyebright formula and this is what works for me:

1. Boil distilled water and pour into a disinfected glass eye cup.
2. Drop 1-5 drops of the eye drops into the glass (3 or 4 is about all I can handle)
3. Allow to cool completely before use (very very important)
4. Tilt eye cup onto eye and roll eye around for 1-2 minutes.

It stings a lot, but it does help ease eye irritation. I believe an important step is to make sure you put the eye drops in the hot water so that some of the alcohol can evaporate. It seemed to be more effective when I did this step.

Please note I'm not a naturopath or doctor, this is just my personal experience.
