I only did 9 days last time. I want to go for the full 10 days and see about the length of it. Already on day 2 my tongue is very white. i know i need more work. Took Schultz's Intestinal formula pill 1 last night. Bowels moved well for me. I might do this every night. His pills work well for me.As long as it is moving out of me, I do not want to do the SWF.
