Well, here I am on day 13. I really only expected to go to 10, but this weekend was extremely busy and it was easier to stick with the lemonade! I am going for at least 14.
Just wanted to check in. Happy cleansing to everyone.

This is a reply to # 220,405I only did 9 days last time. I want to go for the full 10 days and see about the length of it. Already on day 2 my tongue is very white. i know i need more work. Took Schultz's Intestinal formula pill 1 last night. Bowels moved well for me. I might do this every night. His pills work well for me.As long as it is moving out of me, I do not want to do the SWF.
