everyone here, even the amazing MCers that do 30, 40, 50 days have dealt with the same exact cravings, weak moments, and insecurities about their ability to make it all the way through. you can totally do this.
i'm addicted to cheeseburgers. like, seriously addicted. and i adore sierra nevada, and camel lights. so hey - THERE'S a nutritional "failure" for ya - i'm a pure epicurean - discipline is not my friend. i am starting day 6, and cannot believe that i made it.
and if i can do it, believe me, you can do it.
the fact that you are making attempt after attempt after attempt says something - you and your body really want this to happen. you just have to give up those self-sabotaging anti-productive urges, and listen to your more-sane self...
