What kind of albendazole maintenance are you thinking of doing? I need to do some kind of regular maintenance too, like every 3 months. I love how albendazole clears you out, but I don't want to take it and build some kind of resistance to it and be screwed ifI should need it again. I read Black-Walnut was good for candida too so that would make a good cleanse every 90 days, but I don't know... 4 times a year shouldn't be enough to build resistance..? What are your thoughts?
