Hello, Anyone can respond to what they think is great!
Funny you mention SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) not working. I did it with the Sea Salt first thing in the morning and never went to the bathroom had to resort to an enema by 6 pm. Decided it wasnt for me after trying Epsom Salts first.
