I am on day 20 of a 21 day fast and the swf was working like a charm until day 18. On day 18, 19, and 20(today), the swf just doesn't seem to be working like it did. It is taking longer to "happen" and I don't feel like all of the salt water is coming out. I haven't changed any of the measurements. Has anyone else experienced this? Other than that, I feel great and this cleanse has been a great experience, I am looking forward to my oj on Monday! Good luck to all.- Re: SWF not as effectve as it was in... #27887

Funny you mention SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) not working. I did it with the Sea Salt first thing in the morning and never went to the bathroom had to resort to an enema by 6 pm. Decided it wasnt for me after trying Epsom Salts first. - Re: SWF not as effectve as it was in... denizen3

That happened to me toward the end of my 22 day cleanse as well. I did the swf, and while before it would sometimes start working before I even got it all down, that day - nothing. I bloated up from the salt, could feel it / taste it coming out of my pores; it didn't expel.
I don't know the whys and wherefores. I figured it was my body's way of saying, "Enough."
