I've read the book several times. I just wasn't sure if for your first fast it was "ideal" I guess for more than 10 days. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go ahead and do it for longer.
I haven't been doing the SWF. I'll pick up some celtic Sea Salt and try it with that. I have been doing the tea. I've been switching it up between morning and night. Just doing it when I feel like it's effects won't interfere with my day ifyouknowwhatImean.
