Try washing with Benzoyl Peroxide...Anti- Acne Face Washes have this ingredient such as Clean & Clear which contains 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. This active ingredient will rid you of smelly bacteria within 2 days but keep using for 2 weeks. Wash 2 times daily and use anti-fungal powder to keep the area dry (medicated foot powder is fine). Shave the area before beginning the wash just in case the hair are infected with bacteria as well.
