"Now first let me preface why I started taking the iodine. I've suffered from severe systemic Candida and autoimmune disease (I've long suspected the latter is being caused by the former - it's probably the same disease). My bowels have been totally shot for the longest time. Even herbs that are claimed to be miracles by others don't help me, because they just sit in my stomach rotting away and create awful bloating and gas that makes it hard to even breathe anymore (I've had so much gas builtup in my chest that I have to sleep sitting down at my desk because the gas creates too much pressure when I lie down). So after reading Hulda Clark 's Cures for all Diseases book I noticed she recommended Lugol's for Salmonella. Iodine is something I actually tried once before, but with SSKI. SSKI did nothing for me and in fact it caused me tremendous back pain and flareup of symptoms, so I stopped using it. But Lugol's, from what I've read, is different from SSKI, and has different effects. So I thought, what the heck, I'll give it a shot!

A week ago I began to take Lugol's iodine (from a dirt cheap $13 two-bottle pack I got off Amazon). I started at 2 drops two times a day. Then I ramped up to 6 drops every 6 hours.

After I started the 6 drop dose, in just 2 days I noticed some incredible changes:

-My stools are no longer pale or orange. Instead, they are a healthy dark brown like when I was a young tike.
-The constipation I've suffered through for most of my adult life is GONE. TOTALLY GONE. I've gone several times a day consistently now.

I feel like a youngster again. It makes such a difference to finally be able to have a functioning digestive system again. To be able to go out and eat with loved ones without having to worry about being horribly bloated and uncomfortable the whole time. It's amazing. I feel like I've gotten a new chance at life.

To think all the thousands of dollars I've wasted on my lifelong health crisis... were solved by a $13 pair of brown little bottles. I just CAN NOT believe this. I bought a Rife machine last month for $2000 for nothing. It was the $13 iodine that actually helped.

It is CRIMINAL what is being done by our healthcare system. I have to wonder how many others are suffering needlessly from the same problems I had, all because they are simply deficient in a very crucial mineral like iodine. Our idiot MDs will never tell them. I wish someone had told me about Lugols 10 years ago. My life would literally have gone completely differently. Oh well, such is life.
I highly recommend EVERYONE with candida to give Lugol's a shot.

P.S. (I actually do not know if my autoimmune disease is actually gone. I still need to go to a lab test for that. It may not be gone at all. But all I can say is that the symptoms definitely are, for good. I feel like a whole new person. I haven't felt this hopeful for the future in a very, very long time.)
