Hello all! Technically I am on my 3rd MC--once in April for 21 days (did great, seemed easy); tried to go with a 30-dayer starting July 1 and barely made it 6 days (AND--actually ate one meal each day for the last few days!). So I abandoned the 30-day try, just wasn't ready for it I guess!
Now I am on day 5 of a new MC, thought I had the BEST resolve; but I am really struggling. For the past 2 nights I have sipped some of my DH's chicken soup broth (he's not feeling well and has been eating chicken soup for dinner). I do have a family (with little ones) to take care of, and I can't make them not eat just because I am not!
I guess I just need a pep talk or something, I don't know...
