Ya it said left side, although it feels more on the right side but with the stuff it seems like random luck at finding anything so maybe it could be a trail the things leave behind or a part of them, who knows.

So there is a ultrasound scheduled as well as gonna try a new tropical medicine doctor and could at least show him this, maybe from where he's from he's seen something like this.
