Re: Coffee Enema DURING Flush?
Here is my two cents' worth.
I follow the Moritz protocol.
Epsom Salts at 6 and 8, olive oil and grapefruit juice at ten. Two more doses of
Epsom Salts the next morning. At about noon the day after the main flush I do what I call a mini-flush. I figure that I am still fasting, still full of
Epsom Salts , which means my tubes are still enlarged, and so why not.
I fix a small mixture of olive oil and lemon juice, about 2
oz of each, prepare a coffee enema, and do them simultaneously.
I can't honestly say whether this adds to the efficacy of the previous night's flush, but I think it does.
By the way, I do a regular salt-
water enema the following day (the second day after the regular flush).
So I guess you could say I do
coffee enemas simultaneously with a flush, but not with the "real" flush on the first night.
But I would be reluctant to do a
coffee enema before the main flush. The reason is that, the way I see it, the whole concept of the flush is to allow bile to build up (that's why we don't each much fat before the day of flushing and none at all on the same day), and then we swallow a bunch of fat (olive oil and GF juice) to initiate a sort of dam-burst of bile, hopefully with enough force to move stones and sludge.
By doing a
coffee enema before this, we will induce some bile flow and thus decrease the pressure and potential to move stones. That is why, in my opinion, we should avoid anything, herbal or otherwise, which encourages bike flow in the days and hours before flushing. This includes things like dandelion tea and other cholegogues.
