Boy is that ever true for me! That is why I always post here when I am planning a MC, and I always post it weeks before I go on the MC. I know that no one here really cares whether I go on the Master-Cleanse as I stated I would, but it matters to me. I also read once that people who write down their goals are much more likely to achieve them, something like 75% more likely to reach their goal than people who don't write their goals down.
