Day 1!

Okay so I have attempted this cleanse a numerous amount of times and have cheated every single time.....so this time i'm gonna do it ...and in order to keep myself on track i will be posting weather or not i completed each day....cause i figure i would feel guilty if i had to confess that i had cheated.....so anyways half way through day one!
