I have not used that brand either. I've used Aura Cacia, and Young Living, but I wasn't using it for therapy although my wife has said that consistency can vary greatly from bottle to bottle. There is a new brand of eo launching in late September that is 100% verifiable clinical grade eo. Something to consider. I cannot help with the second part! Blessings!
