Re: 28 days waterfast
congratulations! You never will feel like a 'victim' again in the same way as you might have in the past. Not possible., though there may be dips. You can stand with this inner clarity of having, in a sense, 'overcome' yourself -- those old states. I think of my first longish
Water Fast as one of the most life-changing things. It's right up there with a ten day Vipassana retreat-- which I highly recommend! Those two things were the gold stars on my year 52, and since then I've decided to get younger, healthier, better. And it's working.
best wishes to you

PS- I drank red wine the first three days, a glass sipped in the evening. Very small sips! You really start to feel the power of everything. Back then I had been drinking red wine every day for a few years. For a lot of people, the first three days are really rough. For me, that red wine was a Godsend; we have deep programming, collective programming for eons has told us "you can't fast", "you can't go three days without food." etc. etc. We're up against actually building new neural pathways in the the brain...changing the entire matrix of our beings, not only working with flesh.
If green tea and red wine ( just enough: one glass or a cup, if really felt as needed can get a person past that 3-day hump and into a long 21 days and up water only fast, then so be it. That's my view. I've missed my usual summer fast this year, might have to do a winter one.
