Desperate. Please help my digestive issues!

I'm hoping one of you can help me. I'm having major digestive issues, no insurance until this November & am at my wits end with my symptoms.

Let me preface by saying I did spend a week in Mexico about 2 months ago with my mother. We tried to be as careful as possible with what we ate & drank but I wanted to put this out there in case it made a difference in your answers. I am also in the middle of a terribly sad & ugly divorce (read stressed and anxiety).

My symptoms started approximately 2 weeks after returning from Mexico. It started with constipation for about a week. Then came the trapped gas, then distention (fluctuates b/w 2-3 inches). It doesn't matter what I eat or drink, the gas just builds up and goes nowhere in addition to the constipation. I can typically release small amounts of gas upon waking but usually no more the rest of the day. Insomnia has become worse. I have hiccups upon waking but only 1-2 hiccups then it's over.

The gas is trapped on my sides. It sounds hollow when I tap, most especially on my right side. My lower abdominal area is "full" constantly. Before falling asleep, while laying down I usually get lower abdominal spasms. But i have also felt them on my sides once in a while. I haven't had them while standing erect. Im also very congested upon waking.

I've developed a lower back/hip/tail bone, concentrated toward the lowest left side. Sometimes it's hard to get up.

I've had 2 vaginal yeast infections that were temporarily solved by diflucan plus a uti that I took another Antibiotic for. These occurred after my symptoms started.

I have had to rely on glycerin suppositories or occasional laxatives for bowel movements. I now alternate between constipation and diarrhea. My stools are either pale brown, yellow or very dark but are usually accompanied by mucus and undigested food. Sometimes when I go, it's just mucus and no poop! Ive tried salt, olive oil, probiotic, & soap suds enemas. While they make me go, I never feel fully evacuated and the bloating comes back. Though I have seen a few tiny rice looking things and veggie peel looking things in the toilet after a few of my enemas. Not sure if it's parasites or food.

I tried a gluten free diet for a week but with no relief. My current diet is bland. Rice, and broths. I just drink water.

In terms of supplements ive tried: mag07, different probiotics, zantac, pepto, mastic gum, turmeric, garlic pills, peppermint oil caps, pau d'arco tea, ginger, slippery elm, hcl betaine w pepsin, digestive enzymes, Colloidal Silver , fennel, ox bile, chinese meds. & im sure im forgetting a few more. I've also tried acupuncture which only helped my stress levels temporarily.

Im a small lady, 5 foot 1, 100 lbs. My weight has not really changed except a pound up or down since this started. I am not currently on any meds except my birth control pills ( progestin only, no estrogen). I am 39 years old, & of Asian desent.

I know there is no substitute for a doctor but I'd love to hear your inputs as to what you think is going on w my digestion. Luckily besides my occasional back issues, I am not in pain. It's just more uncomfortable and annoying. I am planning on going to a doctor as soon as money isn't so tight * within a few weeks*.

Was planning on either a parasite cleanse, Liver Flush or Colon Cleanse but I'm not sure which to do first, if any at all?

Thanks in advance for any insight. Im hoping one of you is familiar w any/all of my symptoms.
