Re: Making a lot of progress with candida/digestive issues with a high carb easy to digest diet.

I also have yellow stool. Mine is sometimes even bright yellow. I originally thought I had a sluggish liver but now I'm not sure. Healthy brown stool is caused by the combination of good bacteria in your lower bowel and bile. According to a lab stool test, I have low levels of good bacteria, which I believe explains my yellow stool. The bile has no good bacteria to mix with so the stool doesn't convert from yellow to healthy brown.

Pale-coloured stool on the other hand is definitely a sign of a sluggish liver and/or blocked bile ducts, which is something to bear in mind.

My advice to you would be to limit the grains in your diet. Grains are disaccharides. These are hard for the body to break down when your gut is compromised and create fermentation. This environment allows candida to thrive. It is possible you have more energy because you've recently transitioned from a state of intense die off to a diet more accommodating to candida. You may have more energy due to the increased carb intake but you are still feeding the candida.

I would recommend you read DVJorge's protocol on Nystatin enemas. In theory, it is impossible not to kill candida using this technique. The drug kills candida on impact and is metabolised solely in the intestines unlike other popular prescription anti-fungals. You can buy Nystatin without prescription from Fludan and they will ship to any part of the world. As the drug is metabolised solely in the intestines, there is no damage to the liver.

Secondly, I would advise that you restrict your grain consumption. If you want to consume carbs, I would suggest fruit instead. Controversial, yes. However, fruit Sugar is easier for the body to absorb and doesn't create as much inflammation and fermentation, particularly when consumed away from main meals.

My current protocol, which is proving to be successful so far includes:

Low Sugar diet with no grains

Natural anti fungals taken orally - GSE, Wormwood & Black-Walnut Tincture for example. This attacks any bacterial/fungal infections in the upper digestive tract

Supplements to support your immune system - Vitamin C, Vitamin D3

Wheat Grass Powder/Barley Grass Powder/Chlorella for pre-digested vitamins and minerals

Alpha Lipoic Acid, Magnesium Flake baths, Gluthathione (reduced), Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate all for liver/detox support. Liver Flushes are also useful if you have stones or blocked bile ducts

Nystatin enemas (preceded by water enemas) and coffee enemas. The Nystatin enemas kill candida in the large intestine and coffee enemas further assist with detoxification. It is essential to take the Nystatin through the back door as anti-fungals ingested orally in general are mostly absorbed before they reach the lower intestine. Therefore, there is a significant concentration to combat the yeast, which is mostly populated in the lower bowel.

Feel free to take none of my advice. I'm no expert. I've just done a lot of research. I'm not cured yet but I'm very hopeful that I'm on the right track. My oral thrush has nearly disappeared. My abdominal distention is reducing. My skin is clearing. My hair loss is slowing. My digestion is improving slowly. My brain fog is clearing. My energy is returning. I hope it helps you in some way though.

If I 100% cure my condition as I hope to do, I will be back to write an in depth testimonial of my treatment protocol.
